Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased from urbanjunket.com may be returned or exchanged up to 14 days from the date of purchase. No returns or exchanges on final sale items. Items purchased from our retail partners, boutiques, online stores or other shops cannot be returned to urbanjunket.com. Shipping cost is not refundable and if merchandise is returned or exchanged, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Tags must remain on merchandise and receipts must accompany all returns or exchanges. Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged if altered, worn or used.
Contact Urban Junket at customerservice@urbanjunket.com to obtain a Return Authorization number prior to shipping any items to Urban Junket. This number must be included on your receipt and written on the outside return shipment. Please note that any goods not accompanied by an official return number will not be accepted. The package must be sent via insured U.S. Mail, FedEx, or UPS. We are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us. Please also note that you are responsible for ensuring the items are received in good condition and not damaged in transit. The item must be in the same condition as it was received, in the original packaging and tags attached, and must include your original receipt with the return authorization number written on it. Shipping must be pre-paid by sender. Urban Junket will not accept CODs or third-party shipments on returns or exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card originally used for purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Color
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of color representation on the site, actual color may vary due to differences in the settings of monitors, software, or printers.
Shipping
Please allow 8-10 business days for the arrival of your order within the U.S. (longer for Alaska and Hawaii, and during holiday times). For international orders, Urban Junket will contact you to confirm shipping costs and details after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If you decide to have your purchase shipped to an address different from your billing address, you might be contacted by Urban Junket to verify the order and the charge. This is to protect both you and Urban Junket against fraud.
Merchandise availability
Availability of merchandise may vary on urbanjunket.com and some items featured on the site are available only in limited quantities. Display of an item on urbanjunket.com is not a guarantee that the item is currently in stock or that it will be available on your next visit to the website. If you cannot find a specific item that was displayed on a previous visit or if you have any questions regarding the availability of an item, please do not hesitate to contact customerservice@urbanjunket.com.
Delays
If an item in your order is not available, or if there are problems with your order that may cause a delay, Urban Junket will contact you via email.
Sales Tax
Items billed to addresses in the state of Minnesota will be charged sales tax.
