Do my bags from Urban Junket require special care?
The t.o.t.e. collection is made from coated canvas and RPET (a nylon-type material made from recycled plastic bottles). Both materials are very durable and require no maintenance. The exterior and interior can be wiped down with water should anything be spilled on them.
Your handcrafted Italian leather and suede bag will age gracefully and soften slightly over time. The colors and texture will deepen enhancing the look and feel of your bag. No cleaning or conditioning products are recommended for leather bags. A water repellent spray such as Scotchguard ® is suggested for suede bags as a precaution. Please be alert when carrying light colored handbags, as they will attract dirt and soil more easily. Please try not to expose your leather or suede handbag to direct sunlight for long periods of time - i.e. display windows, seat of car – as this may cause fading.
Does Urban Junket have a repair policy?
All Urban Junket merchandise is guaranteed to be authentic, in new condition and inspected to meet our high quality standards.
All products offered by Urban Junket are protected by a 30 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full product refund or product exchange if the item is in unused condition.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from the original confirmation email, your email address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
Does Urban Junket ship product outside the United States?
Yes we do ship products outside the United States. We ship all over the world using the United States Postal Service - this is the most reasonable and reliable shipping method we have found for international orders. When you check out on our site with an international address, your shipping will be left blank and the order will be flagged for a shipping quote. Typically the shipping cost of one bag to most countries costs $45 US and the delivery time is anywhere from 7-14 days depending on the customs timing of the final country.
