Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased from urbanjunket.com may be returned or exchanged up to 60 days from the date of purchase. No returns or exchanges on final sale items. Shipping cost is non-refundable and if merchandise is returned or exchanged, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Tags must remain on merchandise and receipts must accompany all returns or exchanges. Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged if altered, worn or used.
Items purchased from our retail partners, boutiques, online stores or other shops cannot be returned through urbanjunket.com. Please contact your original purchasing source.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, Urban Junket accepts returns up to 60 days after original order date. To return the item, please print and fill out the Return Authorization Form (PDF) and ship it with the return to:Urban Junket
Please note that any items not accompanied by a Return Authorization Form will not be accepted. Returns should be sent via insured U.S. Mail, FedEx, or UPS as Urban Junket is not responsible for returns that are lost by postal services. You are responsible for ensuring the items are received in good condition. The item must be in the same condition as it was received, in the original packaging with tags attached, and must include your original receipt and a Return Authorization Form. Urban Junket will not accept CODs or third-party shipments on returns or exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card originally used for purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
All products offered by Urban Junket are protected by a 60 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full product refund or product exchange if the item is in unused condition. We have found that everyone treats a bag differently and that most product defects are found within the first 60 days of use. To exchange an item, please fill out the Exchange Authorization Form (PDF) and include a printed copy in the box with your returned item. Please note, Urban Junket is not responsible for any exchange shipping costs. Once we receive the item, you may be contacted by phone to complete the transaction.
Damaged or Defective Item Return Policy
To return a damaged or defective item within 60 days of purchase, please fill out the Return Authorization Form (PDF) and email it to email@example.com with the subject: Damaged/Defective Return and include any photos of the damaged item. After the return is authorized, you will be sent a FedEx return shipment label. Please include a printed copy of the Return Authorization form with your returned bag. Once the bag is received, a credit or replacement will be issued.
