Q: What's your return policy?
We accept returns and exchange for items purchase on urbanjunket.com only. You can return or exchange an item in its original unused condition within 60 days from the date of purchase. We have found that everyone treats a bag differently and that most product defects are found within the first 60 days of use. No returns or exchanges on final sale items. Kindly note, shipping cost is non-refundable and if merchandise is returned or exchanged, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Tags must remain on merchandise and receipts must accompany all returns or exchanges. Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged if altered, worn or used.
Q: How do I Return my item?
To return the item, please print and fill out the Return Authorization Form (PDF) and ship it with the return to address listed at the bottom of the page.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your returned item in the mail, we will begin to process your refund. This process can take up to 5-7 business days in addition to the length of time it takes the shipment to reach us. We highly recommend asking your postal service to give you an approximate delivery date and a tracking number. We do not take responsibility for items lost in the mail.
Q: How do I Exchange my item?
To exchange an item, please fill out the Exchange Authorization Form (PDF) and include a printed copy in the box with your returned item. Ship it to address listed at the bottom of the page.
Once we receive the item, you will be contacted by phone to complete the transaction (so be sure to include the best number to reach you at!) This includes processing your return, obtaining payment info and processing your new order. Please note, Urban Junket is not responsible for any exchange shipping costs.
Q: How can I get my replacement/exchanged item faster?
The best way to get your new bag quickly is to place a new, seperate order for it. This also greatly eliminates the possibility that the product you want is sold out by the time your return item reaches us. (We've seen it happen and it's not pretty!) As soon as you place your order online, we can process and ship your item, getting it to you faster! Then simply return the unfavored item and we'll process your refund of the item, as indicated above.
